Just looking to get a new laptop, and this looks like a great price

I always recommend when buying a computer not to have a 3rd party involved in this purchase, and I practice what I recommend.
Seen way too many "Catch 22's" over on the Electronics Talk forum for many years now. QVC advertises "x warranty" and when customer calls their CS they get "that is a Dell issue". Call Dell and what does one get?
You got it, "Catch 22". Ain't now ay I would get caught in that situation. I have always been able to build a computer to my exact specs and much cheaper than buying from any shopping network.
Only reason I see why someone buys a computer from a shopping network is because they push "the ton of software included". Most of the software I see coming with these computers? I would use maybe 5% of them. I realize some like Easy Pay, but one can use a "credit card", many of which charge no interest if paid off in 6 months. Even Dell has these plans and you get a computer than has exactly what you want in your system.
