That's my kind of thanksgiving.  We are having meatloaf this year.  I did a spatchcock turkey last year and it was yummy.  I like to change things up every year.  Two years ago we did mexican.

I'm not really crazy about turkey, but there are always plenty of side dishes. I don't like the stuffing, really, either.

I am a vegetarian so I eat vegetables. If invited out I usually carry my own food.
