Ha!  I love 'not the momma'.   That was a good show.  I actually got the DVD set from Amazon years ago (it's very inexpensive).

I like to say "I understand"  this seems to shut most people up.  So many are ready be long winded in their explanations or why they are complaining about something but I understand can take the wind out of their sails and their lungs.  Makes a more peaceful life for me.
