By all her own accounts, she is doing very well. Here is where the controversy comes in: She has absolute control over her business, how she wants to run it and will ban anyone who dares to make a suggestion or is disappointed and expresses it. She encourages a mob mentality where her "Tribe" can also go on the attack and she supports it. For someone who has put herself in the public eye most of her life, it seems that she can't and won't deal with the least bit of critique. I have personally read some of her responses and they are childish, extremely unprofessional and rude. JMHO.

Based on what evidence? Where can these childish, extremely unprofessional and rude comments be seen? I'd love to read them.

She, or probably Katie, are usually pretty quick to remove them. Actually, I have seen with my own eyes that someone related here on this forum a rude comment that she made on her FB page, and 15 minutes later the comment, which was there, was gone.  The "intel" can fly fast and furious.

Most of the time, the comments I make are not based on what she says on her FB page, but from another FB group of especially devoted fans. Unless someone belongs to that group, they can't claim it's all untrue because they can't see it.  And although for very obvious reasons I will not be posting any such here, I have screen captures of much of what has been claimed, and subsequently deleted by someone at LR, Inc. Yes, I do have visual proof. Whether someone believes I do or not is irrelevant to me; I know I have it.

I also don't honestly care what people think of the fact that I've done this. I've only done it because of the cries of "liar!" that are tossed at every poster who might possibly besmirch the Goddess. I can't speak in all instances to what others claim (I don't watch the chats and I don't hang out on those pages), but I have verbal proof of what I've said in different threads. It doesn't matter whether others believe it; I know it's true.

Of course it will unless God forbid something happens to the three who continually bring her up here. And yes, that includes jonny- what's- her- name. The other two are fairly obvious.

On this we agree. If no poster, including the cheerleader tr*ll, could post about Lisa, there would be no issue AFAIC, speaking for myself. If the "no more" meant no more from any POV, I'd be fine with that and I think most people would. But it is NOT right that threads can be created only to praise someone and not to present a POV that is not universal praise, but is within standards. That would be pointedly bizarre.

No, it is not an opinion. The OP said, in no uncertain terms, that Lisa Robertson said something that she absolutely did not say. She didn't speak in code, no foreign language to translate. It's not a matter of "feeling, it's a matter of fact that Lisa addressed customers who made exessive returns. The OP clearly said that was not the case when, in fact, it is.

I hope QVC Corporate takes a closer look at the situation. They could clearly see that poster x and y constantly start threads to bash Lisa and bait others into conflict.  And poster m and b jump on every LR thread to fuel the bashing,  etc. The proof and pattern of behavior is all here.

The lies, offensive name calling, and intent to hurt Lisa, offend her and her customers is evident. Some of Lisa's customers are also QVC customers. Some if not all of the 'key' bashers/haters are nit QVC customers. Why allow a situation that hurts QVC business on QVC property?

@Moonchilde Well look at that--common ground! Truth is, I don't care if people start threads about her. What I do care about is someone deliberately misrepresenting her words, or business practices, to start an unwitting backlash from people who never even bother to hear the truth for themselves. And even more to the point, I don't like being told what I say isn't true when it is and can be easily accessed. Ah, I digress. (oh, and that is not about you just in case you thought I meant you --I didn't).

I don't know the answer, but I do agree that it should be done fairly. Of course when you look at johhny-whosits posts (what is that person's name?) she gets bombarded with negativity as well. So...

That's ok @Wayne-QVC. I copied my post into an email so it can be escalated to Corporate. I'm calling it as I see it and those that bash LR clearly can't handle the truth about themselves.

So unless Corporate takes further action, the same handful of LR haters will be back at it again tmrw. Doing whatever they can to offend her, hurt her business and offend QVC shoppers like me. The same dance over and over and over.

There hasn't been any bashing of LR on the thread! The subject concerns her returns and deleting negative posts on her fb page and her bad business practices! I haven't seen but ONE bad comment concerning her! 

No one here has spoken about her personally only her "great" image that she is trying so desperately to hold onto! BTW I'm not jealous of her or want to be her!

You cannot know whether another poster is a QVC shopper/customer or not. You cannot know that any comment or suggestion or argument made anywhere on these forums about any subject "hurts QVC business."
