The Beatles special is everything I hoped it would be......even better!

I'm really loving it. I think the performances have been outstanding. John Mayer and Keith Urban killed it. Ed Sheeran nearly made me cry. Adam Levine was a great opener. I'm really loving this show!

I'm loving it, too! Right before the special started I watched the original Ed Sullivan performances and got a little emotional myself. Then, seeing the old footage, all four of them recognized from the stage, and George's son playing....well, I got a little weepy again.

BTW...white haired guy in the background band...I'd swear that's Peter Frampton.

I'm watching it too and loving it! Kinda sad watching clips of John Lennon with Yoko & their son in the audience! Dhani Harrison looks just like his dad!

I didn't even know it was on. I missed the first hour.

I've been in the Ed Sullivan theater and couldn't believe how small it was....that audience was so close to them when they performed there.

Often, these things are so hyped that they're a disappointment.....and more often than not, people doing covers of the songs just don't cut it. I really think they've all put extra effort into doing these songs justice.
