My mom and I are having a disagreement. One of us says that if the sun is burning hot and the soil for the flowers is dry, they need a drink of water. The other one of us says that watering flowers in the hot direct sun isn't good for the flowers. You should only water them when the sun is going down or going up.
Which one is correct?
