If it arrives late and you don't want it, refuse the shipment and alert customer service that you did so, based on their late delivery. If they don't refund your purchase price, dispute the charge assuming you used a credit card.

Hey small thing in the big picture.  At least you have a family to enjoy the Holidays.  Don't sweat the small stuff, especially when you can go buy some at the store.
