Shell, sounds like a good recipe sorry can't help with it.

My DH just made a fantastic chicken with brown rice, green pepper and chorizo dinner from my weight watchers cook book I'm giving it a 10.

You know it's good when your teenager likes it. I was going to cook but he wouldn't let me, my darn back.
