QVC Single Only Hosts

I read in a trade journal that QVC will soon be requesting that all hosts become single. It has been noted that the single hosts are bringing in the most sales.

This kind of policy seems astounding to me. Can you imagine Mary Beth divorcing her husband so she can stay at QVC? A good job is important, but is it important enough to divorce your spouse?
