QVC Rewards - didn't get the $20.00 reward?

I received an email back in early July saying I was in the new loyalty program for QVC Rewards. If I spent over $200 in July they were going to email me a $20 reward by August 2. I haven't received the $20.00 reward - has anyone else received it? Or having the same issue?

@justmy2centsop I got a $20.00 code and used it already. There is another thread about this. The OP received a $100.00 reward and wasn't sure if it was legit. Mine was legit.

ETA to say you might want to go to our Account Settings and click on mobile and email preferences and follow the directions.

Wow! I never received any email about being enrolled in loyalty program! I have spend thousands here just this year!

Once again these things are so random like the free gifts they were giving out in the past.

Maybe I am too loyal and need to stop buying.

You have to be signed up for promo emails to be in, but it's open to everyone now.

I got this same postcard. I view it as a marketing gimmick. I spend at least $500 a year on QVC because I have a sweet relative who gives me gift cards every year. On my own dime, I spend more.

Wish they'd be straightforward like Ulta or sephora and give us points for purchases.
