Heart to Harry and those who suffer from extreme grief and the loss of those they love. It's not a sign of weakness but of being human.

On a totally shallow note, he sure matured into a good-looking man.

It's very sad that he was not able to talk about his mother after she died.

Perhaps he only had his brother William and Uncle Spencer to talk to, and maybe not even Spencer. I doubt that Charles and his family encouraged the boys to talk about Diana.

I agree with you, she would be proud.  Well, except for that time in Las Vegas.

It is still hard to believe that she left us at such a young age.

Seeing as how he was only 8 when she died, I don't know how he thought he could've talked about her sooner. That's not something you can talk about after it just happened.

I'm sure Prince Charles and the rest of his family have helped them to the best of their ability.

Re: Princess Diana would be proud of her boys

It is hard for me to still believe she is gone.  So much of our lives from being born in the same year, marriage and birth of our children were parallel.  I still remember being glued to the television at 5:00 a.m. watching her wedding coverage.  Then glued again all during the night of the accident.  I did fall apart and woke up my husband crying and telling him she was gone.

I think Charles has probably been a better Father (more hands on) to the boys then he would have been if she had lived.

Diana had her flaws like the rest of us but she had a kind and loving heart and truly wanted to help the less fortunate.  There is no doubt in my mind she would have done so much more for so many if she had had a long life.

Her boys were and always would have been her life and the Grandmother she would have been would have been wonderful to see.
