Want to make an eggnog punch for the holidays.  Any suggestion of what alcohol is can use?

Rum is calling my name............Whenever I run across eggnog ice cream each year, I just drizzle a bit of rum on top!

I prefer eggnog with rum and a sprinkle of nutmeg.

I make a ton of eggnog every Christmas for family, friends, & neighbors.  I use 1/2 cup Brandy, Rum, & Grand Marnier, original recipe called for 1 cup of each,

(found that to be too much) recipe makes about 1 gallon & 1/2, absolutely delicious, i usually make 3 or 4 batches.
