If a man that age really doesn't want a child, he should either abstain or use birth control.

And I'd say that's a pretty sick, judgmental attitude. Lovely.
Oh, so you think it's cool to be 90 yrs. old when your son or daughter graduates high school? And you think it's cool to be messing around with women younger than your own grown children? Lovely. Just lovely. And sick.
I'd say you calling him a "sick, dirty old man" is uncalled for. As for him "messing around" with a younger woman, that's none of anybody's business but his and hers. She is of legal age, after all.
Not one of us knows how long we have on this planet. You could be 25 and "in the prime of life" and be gone in an instant. So, since these two have chosen to bring a new life into this world, and he certainly has the means to care for it, let them be happy without such small-minded condemnation.
He seems fitter and more energetic than many men half his age. But some guy that's a couch potato with a huge beer gut and an unhealthy lifestyle.....it would be okay, if he chose to have a child, since it seems your only criteria for "acceptable" procreation is age?
Thankfully, neither he nor his girlfriend need your blessing to be happy!

And just how long after people break up should they ... what? .... stop living?
Life goes on and people move on. BTW ... L'Wren Scott committed suicide in March, 2014.

Good genes? I sincerely hope the child has her looks, not his, lol.
