Just got my Vit D values...first time

It's at 32 and my doctor is not recommending a supplement. I do not take vitamins/minerals or a calcium/D supplement but eat whole foods including a hard boiled egg 3 - 4 days a week. The yoke is a good source of Vit D. Am very happy with it being 32!
