Jessa's husband was 19 when they got married, so he's probably around 20 now.  Can a 20 year old adopt?  What kind of agency gives a 20 year old a baby?

I thought he was pretty young so I checked and he only just turned 21 this past May, so very young.

No way will these two adopt. All talk for the show. They have no income except for the show. When that ends so does the money. But....if they do adopt, it will be an older child to be a sister Mom to her own babies.
