We know it's global warming, even the oceans have heated up and sea life is suffering.
The RESULT of global warming is EXTREME WEATHER, including very cold winters, excess heat and drought and storms.
GLOBAL WARMING is the effect on the planet.
CLIMATE CHANGE is local change in local areas, such as the now five year drought in California.

Well, you said your mind isn't made up yet in your first post, yet all your replies indicate your mind is made up.
Yes, climate has always changed, however, the changes have never occurred as rapidly as they have been, nor have the extremes been as extreme in areas that previously rarely experienced such things (without an external driver such as a major asteroid impact). The severity of the storms cannot be disputed. The records set cannot be disputed. The majority of the scientific and meteorolgic experts are in agreement regarding what's happening and have the data to back them up.

I vote regular old climate change.
But they are known for very good scientists. They had sputnick first ,and were sending up dogs etc ,while we were struggling to even get something off the ground

Thousands of the worlds scientists agree on global warming.

I've always been a conspiracy theorist on global warming.
The more 'facts' they find, the more money in grants, etc. they get to continue to make up stuff as they go.
There have been ice ages before and maybe more. I wasn't here for the first and won't be for the last.
