My friend had an interview for a job last week. Everything was fine with the references, experiences, interviews with multiple people, etc. The problem was, the Company received information from my friend's college that she didn't graduate when she said she did. She did graduate with a degree and her major. The problem is that the transcript is wrong on the major and dates. It shows the old major and two years. It doesn't reflect the new major and a four year degree. My friend has been in touch with the school and she is not getting anywhere. Does anyone have any suggestions? My friend graduated in the early 70's.
Thanks for your help in advance. By the way, the Company will not over look the situation and she has been denied the job. She was told that she was a front runner for her position.
