How to Report a Hoard House?

Theres a house in the neighborhood that a lady is a hoarder, and is full of junk.

It could be a fire hazard/danger. Can you report it to someone like the fire dept

or no? The houses are so close together that it seems scary that all that stuff

could go up in a fire. Her car is a hoard car too!!!
