She spent the night in Jail on Sunday August 2nd. Posted bail and got out.... here is more info if you are interested.... She sure has messed up her life. It was a Target believe it or not... she must really be running short of cash to steal from a Target!

Looks like she may need to return to rehab for a few more sessions. She is a very troubled woman.

I feel sorry for her. I keep remembering her as a child star. She was such a cute little thing. I wish she could get herself straightened out.

Just goes to show that money can't buy you a moral compass.

I know she supposedly is broke now, but I think my opinion of 'broke' and her's are probably quite different!

Even if she is broke, nothing justifies stealing, IMO.

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

I am sad to read this about her newest run in with the law.

I don't think she just picked this store to steal..i think it was because it was the closest store for her to wonder aroundin it.

This is such a sad story..i really hope she gets the help she desperatly needs.

I hope she seeks the help she needs. She is crying out for help to steal.

She was on ET being interviewed last week and she looked like she is still on alcohol or something else. She talked about how she loves being sober. Ahhhh don't think so!

They should have left Kim in jail and maybe she'd wake-up, everyone keeps protecting her and as long as they do this, she will continue with what she is doing!
