Low rise for me, too. Best rise for doing that cute little semi-tuck thing. Mom jeans - never.

Slightly low rise for me.  Since my figure has changed over the years, I can't do high rise at all (used to love them long ago).  I do wear at-the-waist, but only if they are elastic.

Mid or low rise.  There is nothing more uncomfortable than high waistbands cutting into me when moving or sitting - plus high rise often means they go way past my waist.
