The United States of America is usually the first to offer other countries help in a disaster.
Has anyone heard if another country or countries have offered help to our hurricane victims. Lord knows they need all the help thay can get.
My husband was a lineman with Con Edison when we were living in Levittown in Nassau County , as well as other areas He was sent via a truckload to Connecticut to cut down trees and branches and to clear away ice from power lines & cut the branches down. Sure the overtime money came in handy but there was a blizzard going on and it was very dangerous but someone had to do it. Any way I'm just trying to find out if any others have showed up to clear Sandy's mess
