Help! UPS tracking says pkg. was delivered and it hasn't been! What do I do?

I had a package sent to my home and it was sent UPS. It was to be delivered today while I wasn't home. When I do the tracking it says "left at front desk". This is not an office, it is my house. I don't get it. I do have a business, but I was there today and it wasn't delivered there. My husband also has a business and he has looked high and low.

Isn't it strange there the address isn't listed as to WHAT front office it was left at?

I'm getting crabby! LOL

When I call UPS, I just get recordings and none of the selections fit my problem and I can't get a REAL person.

The place I made the purchase from is closed til Monday.

How can I get a real person from UPS to tell me WHERE they left my package?
