I assumed it was his idea and his show. I can't stand him and didn't care about the "celebrities" so I never watched.

It's just like those hotels and casinos...his name is on them but ownership is questionable on many.

He doesn't own the network, regardless of the fact that he thinks he does. They can cancel a show on any given day for whatever reason. Let him sue. He will lose. It's time he learned that you can't shoot your mouth off, regardless of the first amendment, without possible consequences. That's why I don't think he is really a serious candidate. It's just more attention grabbing which he seems to crave. Charlie Sheen was a paid actor on a show that everyone thought was "his." Look where that got him after his episodes with drugs and his bad mouthing his boss on social media.
