Hanging pictures up without putting holes in the wall?

I recall seeing something somewhere that you can use to hang pictures on the wall without using nails and putting holes in the walls. I don't remember where I saw it (maybe a commercial or even here on QVC), but it seems to me it might have been made by the 3M company. Does anybody know what I'm talking about or do you have any other ideas for hanging pictures without putting holes in the wall? Thanks!
