Mine is finally working. I just dicovered that all 3 Q channels can be acessed on the regular home page. I thought you had to go elswhere to see the beauty channel.

Videos still not working......stop after 9 seconds everytime.

Yep! I just checked again and they still stop at exactly 9 seconds.

 

You'd think that would be a big clue to the IT people as to what the problem is and they would've fixed it by now.

 

QVC is losing $$$$$$$........

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

I didn't see this thread and started another one about the website. I tried to click on  the beauty best sellers, it says 6 pages, 496 items yet the pages don't go past page 1 and only the first 96 items.

 

What a way to sell to customers! Seems they are more concerned about starting up new channels than fixing the ones they already have.
