We have had TWC for most of the time we have lived here, and frankly, it's much better than the satellite companies.

 

My son talked me in to getting Directv once, and I had ot have it for the two year contract. It was out at least three times a month...and heaven forbid it rained! I could not wait for that two years to be over. When I called them to cancel, I went through a barrage of conversations trying to talk me in to keeping the service.....I hung up on them. They still call me to this day, and mail me flyers all the time.

 

My son gave me a Googlecast for my birthday, and I am so thrilled with it, I am seriously going to call TWC and get rid of some of the channel tiers. I watch it all the time now. Between HBOgo, Netflix, and Hulu, I pay very little for good television.

 

Just to show you what I think of TWC, we have the phone plan as well, and on my cell, they are listed on my contact list as "Time Warner Idiots".
