Thanks for the replies!

I agree, Florence Foster Jenkins was really good. We did not see Hacksaw Ridge or Moana (but we will on dvd)

I will check out Hidden Fences when it comes out on HBO. It has Kevin Costner in it.

Wrong is still wrong just because you benefited from it.

Hidden Figures is the movie with Kevin Costner.  Fences is with Denzel Washington.

We saw Passengers this weekend. We loved it...very thought provoking, a bit of humor and liked the characters.

I went to see 'Manchester by the Sea' a week or so ago. I'd heard nothing about it, didn't know what it was about, or who starred in it. I obviously don't keep up on such things!

I really liked it, and sobbed mightily as the credits rolled at the end.

The only thing that I thought was strange was that it was set in MbtS - a blue blood, old money seaside town. It was far better suited for Gloucester.

My friend called me today to tell me she just saw "Hidden Figures" and said it was one of the best movies she has seen in a loooong time.

Read Hidden Figures and LOVED the movie. Fences was superb. I also really enjoyed Finding Dory.
