I did have it done and was pleased. It is not something I would normally do but a unique opportunity presented itself.  It works best on people that do workout etc but have spots that are persistent from what I understand. It costs several hundred to over a thousand depending on applicator size and area being done. Results take a couple months and are noticeable but not so dramatic that it's scary.  Start with a reputable clinic....I believe initial consult is generally complimentary.  My consult was vey good about establishing  realistic expectations.
