FedEx SW Pennsylvanians Anyone Having Problems with Deliveries?

I know there are some other posters here from SW PA. Is anyone else having problems with getting items delivered via FedEx?

We have three packages pending delivery. Two of which have been there since 12/10 (the facility is 35 minutes away from our home.) I have spoken to 3 different customer service reps and have been assigned a customer service advocate. You cannot call the local distribution center directly.

My neighbor just called me and they are also pending deliveries. Just curious is anyone else having problems?
