I heard on the news that they are encouraging people over 75 to surrender their driver's license. There are approximately 4.8 million drivers over 75. If they do, they will get a discount on their funeral. Good promotion!!!

It's a promotional deal, nothing like socialism.  It's not mandatory, for one thing.

Right? I think a free pass for all public transportation or a ride service would be a better trade for a driver's license.

Sounds like death panel stuff.

 

There are more people between 16 an 45 who for safety's sake should surrender their driving privilege's.
