Easter basket suggestions, please.

Have the goodies to go into a basket, but I'd like it to be 'unusual' basket. Grandson is 12 yrs old,,,,just entered Scouts (but has all the equipment for camping etc.),,,I'm stuck on Snoopy etc. and know he's beyond that. I've checked tool boxes, collapsable buckets etc (??? I'm trying). any ideas for something great fro,m Grandy??? Thanks for suggestions.

Birdwatcher's Guidebook? Does he fish in fresh or saltwater? Maybe some fishing lures?

Justjazzz,,,,,thanks for suggestion. Yes, birds is great,,,thing is he has almost everything a quisitive child could have. I'm at a loss, but I know I'll make it,,,,i.e. something he has to put together OR take apart to get to the goodies???

You could fill the following with Easter items:

A sports bag

A backpack

A lunchbox

Cut an old soccer ball, football, basketball, etc., in half and fill with goodies

A small toolbox...either a metal one that opens with a lid, or one of those old fashioned wooden ones with a dowl across the top for carrying.
