All I can say is I'm glad we don't own stock in Samsung.  I do have a new Smart TV from them, however.  Local dealer, he backs me up forever on everything.

I have a Samsung washer and it is dying. It is 6 years old now but only Sears will repair Samsung in my area. I have a 5 year old Samsung refrigerator and the ice maker broke last year. My Samsung dryer is still going strong. Before my Samsung refrigerator I had an LG that was a lemon. Go figure.

Oh, yes Samsung tells you the nearest repair man in my area was 300 miles away. That is what they told me. I live in Northeast Florida and their recommended repair was in Southwest Florida.
