Just wondering. I'm an apple, and when I lose weight, I seem to get too thin in the legs and still have a fat belly. So...does the Belly Fat Diet really work to lose fat in the belly, and what are the magic foods that you have to eat? Is it whole grains, lack of sugar, lack of meat, just vegetables, or what????
