Do you take afternoon naps?

My husband is napping right now, he says it is like a free gift, a nap. {#emotions_dlg.biggrin}

On 4th of July, my son and my husband scarffed down some holiday food and then both fell asleep watching the History Channel. Party animals.

I just cannot nap during the day regardless how tired I am, if I nod off I immediately am startled and wake right up.

How about you?
