Every week......I ride and swim every day and the polish is always chipping or a nail is always breaking. Gotta look glam for my DH's weekend plans !

Yes, I get a manicure (natural nails) every 2 weeks and a pedicure once a month. That's what I do to treat myself. When I'm on vacation, I often take my polish off my hands and put a clear or slightly frosted polish on just to have something on my nails. I don't like bare nails anymore as I've been wearing polish for so many years that it looks funny without it.

Mine used to be that way too. Then I started using Perfect Formula and they're strong and grow fast!

I tried that and every other product on.the market like it, including one that my salon sells.

Doesn't work for me. Makes them peel.

I'm.better off leaving them natural.

I never had any luck with Perfect Formula.

Nailtiques #2 and Barielle liquid protein are what I used when I removed my acrylics (years ago) I still use Nailtiques #2 every few weeks as a base coat.
