This is how I used to feel about tofu @gidgetgh. It is weird because I am not usually the type of person that is afraid to try things but I really was, well, scared to try that.

We particularly enjoy garlic hummus. Spread it thick in a pita pocket, add some sliced onion, sliced tomato, lettuce and sliced avocado. Serve it with some baked potato chips and iced tea. What a tasty, healthy, quick lunch!.

Yes, we enjoy eating hummus and tofu as well.

Tahini is also something we enjoy too!
