Do You Tip for a Massage?!

Sorry it's the dreaded TIP question!!{#emotions_dlg.biggrin}

I did do a little research on it though, and it had mixed reviews. Some people thought since it was a professional service like a chiropractor or therapist that it shouldn't be tipped. Someone else said in massage school they are taught you generally are not tipped. And of course if it's the owner, you don't tip.

My feeling would be to tip, but then how much. This is in a nice salon that also has a spa in it.

I'm taking my Daughter next week, she's 15 and just spent 4 days in the pediatric ICU and I thought this would make her feel better.
