I don't see how that judge found not guilty.  I thought he was a complete murderer.

His word against a dead woman's ... he was a jerk.  

That young girl dumped him.

 I fell asleep due to flu/severe cold med's.  

I like how the Agent's sister jumped in to slander the victim.  She stated they where close but her good friend was also being cruel to her Brother.  His lawyer gave sister-in-law the ammo to slander the victim.  I do not buy the 'she was an alcholic' - she was a problem drinker from living with that 'man'.  I bet the agent is a drunk.

Did he keep his job with FBI ?

He was fired by the FBI but says he'd like to find another job in law enforcement!

The judge said two conflicting things.  THe prosecuters proved the case; there's doubt so he's not guilty.  There were winners in the case:  the lawyers who got paid.

It was a total waste of public money to drag this out to three trials.

No, he was fired from the FBI. Besides being guilty, he was smarmy. Aren't FBI agents trained to disarm knife wielding assailants?

I think he killed her on purpose. He seemed like such a liar during the interview he gave.
