Kim was pretty, before plastic surgery.

Kourtney and Kendall are the only two who look like they done nothing to their faces.....Also to me they are the prettiest! Kendall especially-just gorgeous! I hope these two leave their faces and bodies alone!!!!!

I have seen them without makeup and they are very ordinary looking, pretty but ordinary, makeup artists and their tricks do wonders!!!!!!

Just the breast and lip injections.  She has done nothing to her rump.  In fact she's the old size of Kim.  Maybe in the future, but not now.  Kim just did the lips, breasts and rump injections.  If you see an old picture of Kim pre medical procedures  she looks a lot like her little sister.
