Confused by decision of mods. On Fashion Forum, posted opinion of her dress, etc. mentioning that I had seen her "in her all together" and the dress did her no justice and it was poofed.

Yesterday and today, seeing the movie and reading Fifty Shades has been discussed as well as opinions on porn, abuse & violence, etc. No poofs.

What gives?

Excuse me for getting down a side road for a second, but her grandmother, Tippi Hedren has a book at the library I just saw today. That woman loves her big cats. I didn't bring th book home with me, but she's Dakota's grandmother. That's all.

I didn't watch this year, but as I recall, DJ wore one of the top best-liked dresses last year (or the year before). Totally stunning.

'More or less', 'Right or wrong', 'In general', and 'Just thinking out loud ' (as usual).

@ROMARY. More of a reason to ask "What happened this year?"

I love Dakota's dress.  It was a vintage Gucci and the jewels around her neck were worth big $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.  There were guards following her.  Cat Very Happy

That dress was horrifying, especially on someone her age. Her hair was just too flat to her head, and the necklace was just not needed with as much as that dress had going on. The dress was ill-fitting across the shoulders, and desperately needed steaming repeatedly. It looked like someone's old vintage draperies. Not a good look at all.

I didn't like the huge necklace at all with the high, frilly neckline of the dress.

I also thought the splayed out bow (I think?) at her waist looked more like a french maid's apron.

Different strokes for different folks, LOL!

At least her dress wasn't see-through, like some were.

How vintage was that?1900?  Why would a young woman wear something so covered up?

I just wanted to rip the sleeves off of it.  Wow that sounds weird!
