Why are there some posts that you cannot reply to.................LR had one on her Christmas sale items, is that because it is an advertisement?

You can tell if a thread has been closed by the big lock next to the thread, @Miranda1550.

Locks don't always show up for everyone. But the last post will be "This thread is closed for commenting."

If the reply button is grayed out, that's also another sign it's locked.

Now I'm confused.  Are we not allowed to discuss Holiday themed topics?  I could understand if it were an advertised web site ... which it sorta' was, but if Holidays are off limits, then we are screwed.
