Computer/Software shipments

QVC needs to organized their shipping. Ordered a HP computer on 1/16, with software bundle and insurance. The insurance policy was received on 1/22, before the computer was shipped! The HP was shipped today (1/24) and should be here by Feb. 1st, but the software bundle will not be shipped until later....should get it by Feb 5 or 7th....after I receive the HP (as per customer service rep). Ordered multiple computers in the past, but have never seen anythig like this.
