I'm another who doesn't understand how a fast food restaurant can provide AWESOME customer service. If they are friendly and get my order right, that is EXPECTED customer service. I don't patronize Chick Fil A, so I will admit I have no clue what they do to provide service that is any more than expected.

We incurred water damage in January, and Farmer's Insurance has been wonderful in handling our claim.
