still: I don't receive their catalog - requested them to stop years ago. I would guess that the items in their catalog will soon not be available once their stock starts to run out.

I haven't received a catalog since December. I went by the store in my area a month ago, there was very little in the windows and no customers.

I always enjoyed their catalog- I like the way its put together... it is one of the few that is enjoyable to browse thru.

Their jeans were the best. But the past few years their sizing has been horrid - you could try on 2 tops, same size and style, and one might fit and the other would not.

I think a lot of the sizing/quality issues drove off quite a few customers. Then they had that mess with not being able to return Outlet purchases - that was a hint something was wrong. I know they reversed that decision, but I'm wondering if returns will be accepted at all now no matter where purchased.

The stores will be a zoo. I usually just pick what I like in my size and try on at home.

But I have a feeling returns will be restricted or if sales will be final.
