No, I don't think they are going to have that option.  I read something earlier posted about that.

I don't know if the feature is working but there is a setting under privacy where a posters email address is part of their public profile if the poster chooses to have it visible to all.  Check the profile of the poster you want to contact and see if an email address is disclosed.

 

Keep in mind though that many us a "throwaway" email address to register for the boards and do not regularly check for incoming email.

 

In the past, although against the rules, posters would be sure both were posting and one or the other would post their email address and once acknowledged that the intended got it would then edit their post and delete the address.  Of course doing this runs the risk of others grabbing the address during the time it is visible.
