Can't order somethings from the Q in hot weather!

I would like to order from some of the food shows, but its too hot here in Texas, in the 100's today and for the next few days, even with dry ice, the stuff would arrive melted and maybe not good! Also problem with ordering some beauty products, like lipstick and the like, because they would be melted by the time I got them! Has anybody ordered food or beauty in hot weather and it has got to them o.k.and not spoiled or melted! I love the products, but when hot weather comes, I can't order some things.....bummer!
