It was a beautiful moment. There they were, smiling radiantly and looking strong enough to make it onto the field for the Super Bowl's coin toss.

I had tears in my eyes. Tears of joy and sadness.

All of the pre-game cermony was wonderful. I was teary before the special guests were revealed but wow, so nice to see them both with big smiles and well enough to attend. I was worried Barbara would fall -- that would have been awful to say the least. I bet all the Bush's were glowing with family pride.
