BofA to Lease Homes Back to Homeowner

Just heard on the news that BofA has a pilot program to offer a lease back option to customers who are about to be in foreclosure....

I think it's an innovative idea and will allow some people to stay in the home for a reasonable rent payment. Plus, it helps the neighborhood because the house isn't left empty or listed as a foreclosure.
