Tomorrow Greenville Zoo is to announce the baby's gender and new name but I think one of the officials may have given the gender away during an interview when asked about baby being on display. The official was talking about temperature and weather conditions and ended with the weather determining whether or not "he" is brought out.

Of course the "he" could have been used due to the habit of most speakers referring to an unknown as male but it is also very difficult to speak/write without using gender specific references--him/her, he/she, etc. We'll know for sure tomorrow.

The zoo will be posting the gender and name on their FB page tomorrow afternoon but no time was given.

We're divided in my house as to the sex. I think it's a boy ( it looks like the baby is wearing Chuck Taylor's ) but my guys think it's a girl.

Oh, never mind Marp. I just looked up their facebook page on my phone. Tatu - what a delightful name. So she had another boy, lol. I thought for sure it was a girl. What a beautiful picture.

You know, they've picked some great names for the children. It's funny that Autumn and Walter have somewhat common names, yet the offspring are named Kiko, Roho (RIP) and Tatu.
