It would take an entire community to maintain that place.
How rich do you have to be...that you can buy this property...afford the up-keep and be able to lay your head down at night and sleep peacefully?
I think you would need unlimited resources to afford a place like this. Owning property worth that much would give me ulcers.
Here's a link to the designer Mohamed Hadid. Scroll down to see the amazing homes and buildings his team designed.

It does have one advantage - you would never get fat if you lived there. Think of all the walking you would do! I really want to see the kitchen so I'll look up the article. That pink couch room must be for throwing charity events - did you see that massive window and the view? Either that or it's the lobby!
ETA: Read the article and there was no info or pics re the kitchen - too bad! There was a picture of the grand entrance and it's two staircases. The builder missed an opportunity -it reminded me of the song "If I Were A Rich Man" where he says he would have three staircases - there would be one long staircase just for going up, one even longer for coming down and one more leading nowhere, just for show....the builder should have built that third staircase!

We could all live there together.

The interior looks more like a museum than a home to me. Too overwhelming for my taste.

Personally, I think the outside looks like an apartment complex, although be it an upscale apartment complex
I do not care for the inside either, from what I can see.
When it comes to mansions, I love the older mansions like the ones that are in the Detroit area.

Thankfully, I'm quite content in my 2000 Sq ft townhouse. Never had a desire to live in a mansion…….probably because i knew it would never happen!!!!!

Nice orchards.
With $3 Billion you're probably right. Wow.
And it can be here today and gone tomorrow. Yes I would have heart palpitations...but good for him he earned it.
